The following policies apply to ALL classes- please take the time to read these before registering for a class.
Combo Special

Special Pre-Season Offer
A $25.00 discount off any program (combo package excluded) offering in 2012 is available for all confirmed individual orders before April 1, 2012. Use coupon code 2012preseason25 during checkout to receive discounted rate. Remember to select “apply coupon”.
Required Equipment
Riding Jacket (or mesh jacket)
Full-Fingered Gloves
Boots that cover the ankle
DOT approved helmet (full faced helmet is recommended but not required)
For Advanced Riding Clinics ONLY: Riding Pants (leather chaps are OK, No Kevlar jeans unless armored)
Cancellations
Cancellations and changes MUST be received in writing (e-mail, fax or letter) at least 30 days prior to the scheduled course date. Upon receipt of written notification, refunds will be issued as follows:
31 days or more in advance of the event will receive a full refund LESS a 10% administrative charge.
30 to 15 days in advance of the event will be refunded one half (50%) of any monies paid.
No cancellations will be accepted or refunds issued 14 days or less prior to an event.
Weather policy
All classes are held rain or shine. If several days prior to the class the weather looks questionable the class may be canceled. You will be called at the phone number you used for registration. If the class is canceled you will receive a refund or the option to reschedule to a later date.
All Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
