Brian Dickerson, Lakeland, FL

Brian's passion for motorcycles began at age twelve when his brother passed down an old 175cc motorcycle with no brakes. Despite the inevitable crash, he was hooked for life. Brian’s technical knowledge of bikes enabled him to join the motorcycle industry for over ten years. He eventually began attending various track days, which enabled him to fully appreciate the handling of modern sport bikes. Shortly after taking Total Control in 2008 he realized the advantages the Total Control techniques offered the street rider. His commitment to rider education quickly led him to become as a Total Control® Advanced Riding Clinic (TCARC) instructor so he could teach these techniques to other riders.

Kim Muhr, Chicago, IL

Kim’s love of motorcycling began early when she learned to ride at the age of ten on an Indian dirt bike. As a teenager she raced amateur motocross and by the age of sixteen she purchased her first street bike and never looked back. Currently, Kim rides everything from dirt bikes to sport-touring motorcycles and likes to get in three or more track days a year to hone her skills. She likes to call herself a “pseudo-mechanic” because she does all the mechanical work on the family motorcycle fleet.

Kim became a Total Control® Advanced Riding Clinic (TCARC) instructor not only because she believes in constant training, but because she truly feels that the skills taught in the TCARC can make a difference for every rider on every style of motorcycle. Kim displays passion and knowledge that are always apparent to her students.

John Saylor, Mill Creek, IN

John’s enthusiasm for motorcycling has often enticed his acquaintances and family members to become riders also. Given his riding style and adventurous attitude, John quickly joined the ranks of the Motorcycle Safety Foundation and Total Rider Tech staff in order to coach other riders in more exciting and safer motorcycling.

John’s goal in motorcycle training is to learn and pass on the skills necessary to ride safely, efficiently and quickly on any road, in any weather, on any bike, with or without a passenger. Unknown roads, road hazards, other vehicles and inconvenient weather are considered exciting training opportunities, not ride stoppers for John. Fortunately for John, his wife Deborah loves to ride and almost all of their vacations are on two wheels.

Greg White, Chicago, IL

Greg began riding motorcycles in 1986 and then, due to family, took a break for 20 years. But he has always been passonate about riding and few years ago he returned to motorcycles with a hunger for improving his skills through training and practice. Graduating from the Motorcycle Safety Foundation’s Basic and Advanced courses provided the foundation for Greg to comfortably get back into motorcycling.  But his need for knowledge and growth sent him looking for more education and he found Total Rider Tech who offered an advanced course, the Total Control Advanced Riding Clinic which taught him how to put the motorcycle where he wanted it to be when he wanted it to be there.  He graduated from the TCARC and found that he really wanted to share this exciting experince with others.  So Greg became a Total Rider Tech TCARC instructor to be in closer association with like minded motorcyclists and to impart what he has learned with anyone wanting to improve their riding, regardless of what they ride.
